Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes.
Chest: Measure the chest around the fullest part, place tape close under the arms, making sure the tape is high on the shoulder blades
Please note: This garment has a certain amount of stretch. Sizes are approx.

Chest: Measure chest just under arms and across shoulder blades, holding the tape level (don't hold your breath).
Be sure to cross over the shoulder blades and at the fullest part of your chest.
